Glossary

Sign Up

Go to the sign up page

A. Click the ‘Create
account’ link on the Sign in page.

B. Or visit our Sign up page.

Enter user information

A. Fill in the requested
information and review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

B. Click ‘Create account’.

Check verification number

A. Check your email inbox. A verification number is sent to the email address you provided.

B. If you enter an incorrect number, please click ‘Resend verification number’ button.

Check email inbox

A. Check your spam folder if you did not receive the verification link email.

Subscription

Choose subscription plan

A. Go to the Plan and pricing page.

B. Choose a plan you want to subscribe.

C. After checking the total price on the right side, click ‘Add payment method’ button.

Redeem a coupon

A. Click the “Enter code” button.

B. Enter the coupon code you received in an email or ad.

C. Click the ‘Apply’ button to redeem your coupon.

D. Payment method registration is required to redeem coupons. Please click the ‘Add payment method’ button.

Register payment information

A. Enter card information to be used for payment through Stripe.

B. Click ‘Save card’ button.

Complete payment

A. Subscription payment has been completed. Click the button to start using machine translation.

Upgrade plan

A. Click ‘Plans and pricing’ button at the top of the page and choose a new plan.

B. Please check the difference required for the upgrade on the right screen and click ‘Upgrade’ button.

Downgrade plan

A. Click ‘Plans and pricing’ button at the top of the page and choose a new plan.

B. Please check the difference required for the downgrade on the right screen and click ‘Change’ button.

Translate Files

File Translation Page

A. After logging in, you will first see the text translation page. Click the “File Translation” button located at the top left.

Select File for Translation

A. Click the “Upload File” button.

B. Choose the file you want to translate (supported formats: .docx, .doc, .pptx, .pdf, .hwpx, .xlsx, .xls, .txt).

C. You can also upload the file by dragging and dropping it.

D. You can upload up to 5 files at once.

Select source language

A. Select the source language of the file to be translated.

Select target language

A. After you select the source language of the file to be translated, select the target language for the translation.

Select translation engine

A. After you select the target language, select the machine translation engine.

B. Select ‘Legal’ if you want to translate legal documents such as contracts, judgments, etc.

C. Select ‘Patent’ if you want to translate patent claims or descriptions.

D. Select ‘General’ if you want to translate a general document.

Select AI Agent Review Function

A. Select whether to use “LLM‑PE.”

Glossary Selection

A. If you wish to use a glossary, select the desired glossary from the list.

File Translation

A. After confirming that the translation engine is correctly selected, click the “Translate” button.

B. Once the translation request is complete, the result will be displayed as shown in the second screen below.

Download the translated file

A. Click the ‘cloud icon’ in the queue component to download the translation results.

Delete Translated File

A. Click the ‘trash can icon’ to delete an item.

Translation Review and Editing

A. Click the three‑dot menu icon, then select the “Translation Review and Edit” option

B. Press the “Edit” button to modify the translation, then click either “Done” or “Cancel.”

C. You can check specific segments divided according to the QE score by selecting the desired section.

Translation Review and Edit Approval

A. After completing the content modifications, click the “Approve All” button.

B. Once the edits are finalized, a notification message will appear as shown in the second screen below.

Upload New Version (A. from Document List)

A. Click the three‑dot menu icon, then select the “Upload New Version” option.

B. Choose the file you want to register as the new version.

C. Once the new version document is uploaded, it will be displayed as shown in the third screen below.

Upload New Version (B. from File Upload Button)

A. Click the “Upload File” button.

B. Select the file you want to register as the new version.

C. Choose “New Version of Existing File.”

D–E. Select the document to which you want to add the new version, then click the “Okay, got it” button.

F. Once the new version document is uploaded, it will be displayed as shown in the third screen below.

Check Changes Between Versions

A. Click the three‑dot menu icon, then select the “Compare” option.

B. You can review the changes between versions.

C. You can also check via the version button in the file list (e.g., [v2 (2 versions)] button).

Smart Glossary

A. Click the three‑dot menu icon, then select the “Smart Glossary” option.

B. Please use the checkboxes to select the desired terms.

C. If you want to make changes, click another term or enter one manually to replace it.

D. When you click the “Apply to Translation” button, the selected term changes will be reflected in the translation results.

E. Click the “Download Final Terms” button to save the glossary as a .csv file.

Save Smart Glossary

A. Select “Save checked terms to glossary.”

B. If you want to save to a new glossary, click the “New Glossary” button, enter a name for the glossary, and then click the “Save to Glossary” button.

C. If you want to save to an existing glossary, click the “Existing Glossary” button, select the glossary, and then click the “Save to Glossary” button.

Select Translation Model (Not Supported in Free Plan)

A. From the translation model selection button at the top, choose your preferred translation model (BeringAI or DeepL).

Enable Auto Deletion of Files

A. You can turn automatic file deletion on or off through the “Enable auto deletion of files” button in the settings menu.

Translate Text

Go to the text translation page

A. Once you sign in, the translation page will appear.

Select Translation Model (Not Supported in Free Plan)

A. From the translation model selection button at the top, choose your preferred translation model (BeringAI or DeepL).

Select source language

A. Select the source language of the text to be translated.

Select target language

A. After you select the source language of the text to be translated, select the target language for the translation.

Select translation engine

A. After selecting the target language, please choose the translation engine.

B. Select ‘Legal’ if you want to translate text in legal documents such as contracts, judgments, etc

C. Select ‘Patent’ if you want to translate text in patent claims or descriptions..

D. Select ‘General’ if you want to translate text in general documents.

Select AI Agent Review Function

A. Select whether or not to use “AI agent review”

Select Glossary

A. Click the “Glossary” button, then select the glossary you want to use.

B. You can add or edit terms to be used in the glossary.

C. By clicking the “Manage Glossary” or “Create Glossary” button, you can move to the glossary tab.

(For detailed instructions on editing or creating a glossary, please refer to the “Glossary” section.)

Translate text

A. Make sure that translation engine is selected correctly and click ‘Translate’ button.

Glossary

Go to the Glossary Page

A. Click the “Glossary” button at the top of the page.

B. In the File Translation tab, click the “Manage Glossary” button.

Create Glossary

A. Click the “Create Glossary” button.

B. Enter the name of the glossary.

C–D. Select the source language and the target language. (Only one language pair can be set for each glossary.)

Add Items via .CSV File Upload

A. Click the “Edit” button of the glossary where you want to add terms.

B. At the top, click the “CSV Upload” button.

C. Select the delimiter used in the .CSV file — comma, semicolon, or tab.

D. You can upload the .CSV file either by browsing for it or by dragging and dropping it.

E. Click the “Upload” button.

Add Items Manually by Entering Terms

A. Click the “Edit” button of the glossary where you want to add terms.

B. Enter the source text.

(If you enter source text in a language that does not match the selected language pair, the glossary may not be applied correctly.)

C. Enter the term corresponding to the target language.

(If you enter target text in a language that does not match the selected language pair, the glossary may not be applied correctly.)

D. Click the “Add Translation” button.

E. Once the term has been added, it will be displayed as shown in the fourth image below.

(If the source text you entered already exists in the glossary, a new entry will not be added — instead, the existing entry will be updated.)

Edit or Delete Glossary Entries

A. When you click the pencil icon, the selected source text and target text will automatically be filled into the input fields.

B. Click the trash can icon to delete the entry.

C. As described in step A, when you click the pencil icon, the selected source text will be automatically filled into the input field.

D–E. Change only the target text and then click the “Save” icon to update the entry.

Download Glossary CSV File

A. Click the “Download CSV” button at the top.

Use Glossary for Machine Translation

A. In the translator screen, click the “Glossary” dropdown to select a saved glossary.
